Hohenprießnitz lies about 20 km north of Leipzig as the crow flies, on national highway B107, between the towns of Eilenburg and Bad Düben.
By train
Leipzig's main railway station is easy to reach from all directions and cities, including travel by high speed ICE train. If you let us know in advance when you will be arriving, we can arrange to pick you up in Leipzig (about a 25 min. trip) or closer still in Eilenburg (about a 10 min. trip) if you continue by rail to that stop (about 20 min.)
By plane
The intercontinental airport in Leipzig is linked to many German and European airports by daily services. We shall be pleased to pick you up there.
By car
From the north take federal highway (BAB) A9 as far as the Dessau-Ost exit (No. 10), head in the direction of Oranienbaum (about 5 km), there at the traffic lights turn right onto the B107, proceed as far as Bad Düben, continue on the B2 towards Leipzig for about 3 km, in Wellaune turn left, again onto the B107 in the direction of Eilenburg. After about 5 km you arrive in Hohenprießnitz, at the bus stop turn right into Noitzscher Str., after 50 metres turn left into Südallee. We are at the end of the street on the left-hand side.
From the west and south travel travel as far as the Schkeuditzer Kreuz motorway intersection (A9 - A14), there take the A14 towards Dresden. Take the Leipzig-Mitte exit (No. 23) and then the B2 towards Bad Düben, after exactly 18 km (signs for Hohenprießnitz twice) turn right, after exactly 5 km you are there, the first street on the right is Südallee.
From the east take federal highway (BAB) A14 in the direction of Schkeuditzer Kreuz/Halle. Take the Leipzig-Nordost exit (No. 25) onto the B87 towards Eilenburg. In Eilenburg at the bridge take the B107 towards Bad Düben. After about 7 km you arrive in Hohenprießnitz, at the bus stop turn left Noitzscher Str., after 50 metres turn left into Südallee.
